Tibetan Sherpa’s help climbers find their way up a mountain by providing the right information and tools and then stand back so the climber can revel in his or her accomplishment. Our Brand Sherpa helps organizations navigate through the branding process; providing tools, information and recommendations to achieve a strong and impactful brand strategy.

Pam’s extensive experience with building successful brands began under the tutelage of Wendy’s founder, Dave Thomas. While at Wendy’s, and with Dave as her mentor, Pam helped build the Wendy’s brand into one of the most recognizable in the world. More over, Dave helped shape Pam’s business philosophy centered around honesty, integrity, a hard day’s work and not taking yourself too seriously!

Over the next 20 years, Pam’s assisted in the brand building of some of America’s best known and successful companies like Coca-Cola, Ford, LP, Gibson Guitars and others.
