Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce | Project: Brand Strategy
The Challenge:
Halt the five-year slide in membership and revenue, and restore the Chamber to its prominence in the community.
DK’s Role:
Rebrand the Chamber. After six months of strategic brand planning, research, and employee culturalization, the Chamber relaunched its brand with a new logo, as well as new and expanded programs and services.
Results:
By rebranding, the Chamber was able to communicate its value to the community so effectively, that in the three months following the rollout of the new brand, they saw a 41% increase in membership for the quarter and a 50% increase in sponsorship investment.
