The Challenge:
Develop a new revenue strategy to compete for development dollars in the marketplace on a small to non‑existent marketing.
DK’s Role:
Created a program to develop a sponsorship platform based on delivering true marketing assets.
Results:
Over a five-year period, the new sponsorship platform delivered more than $4 million in additional revenue. This platform for deriving sponsorship benefit through the assets of a non-profit entity has been replicated and copied industry-wide.
